Please read these terms carefully before using our website or enrolling in any course at Aiinfox Academy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aiinfox Academy website (aiinfoxacademy.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Aiinfox Academy provides in-person and online training courses in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python Programming, Full Stack Development, and related technologies. Our services include:

  • Classroom-based and online training programmes.
  • Live project work and hands-on lab sessions.
  • Career counselling and placement assistance.
  • Demo classes and free workshops.
  • Course materials and learning resources.

3. Enrolment and Registration

  • All course enrolments are subject to availability and confirmation by Aiinfox Academy.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your enrolment.
  • Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fees or a signed enrolment agreement.
  • Aiinfox Academy reserves the right to refuse admission at its sole discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Course fees are as quoted at the time of enrolment and must be paid in full or as per the agreed instalment plan.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other modes as specified during enrolment.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of access to classes and course materials.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrolment and before attending more than 2 classes.
  • An administrative fee of up to 10% of the course fee may be deducted from refunds.
  • No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window or once 2 or more classes have been attended.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
  • Aiinfox Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch. In such cases, students will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, videos, presentations, code samples, and resources provided by Aiinfox Academy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree to:

  • Use materials solely for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any course materials without prior written consent.
  • Not record classes, sessions, or workshops without explicit permission.

7. Code of Conduct

Students enrolled at Aiinfox Academy are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour. The following are prohibited:

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour during classes.
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind.
  • Sharing login credentials or course access with others.
  • Plagiarism or submission of someone else's work as your own.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without a refund.

8. Placement Assistance Disclaimer

Aiinfox Academy provides placement assistance, including resume building, mock interviews, and job referrals. However:

  • We do not guarantee job placement or employment.
  • Placement outcomes depend on the student's performance, skills, and market conditions.
  • Placement support is available for a period of 6 months from course completion.

9. Website Usage

  • You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its functionality.
  • The content on this website is for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
  • We may update or modify the website and its content at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiinfox Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aiinfox Academy, its founders, instructors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
